Job
Evans was born in Wales. He married Harriet Tiana Thomas. Their three oldest
children immigrated to the United States with Job’s brother John when he
returned to Utah from his LDS mission to Wales. Job intended to follow when he
had his affairs in order. Sadly however, he passed away before he was able to
join them.
At the time of his death, October
11, 1889, Job was working as a coal trimmer. He was hit and run over by a horse
attached to a crank-axle cart driven by Henry Yendell in Llandaff, Cardiff,
Wales. He was buried Llandaff Cemetery, Llandaff Cardiff, Wales.
